I've compiled the following information on my own over the past few years. If you notice anything wrong, please contact me.
 
Dishwasher - Music To Wash Dishes By - Volume 1 7": This release is a 4 track compilation 7" issued with an insert, a "dishwasher" sticker, and a zine stapled to the sleeve. Approximately 1,000 to 2,000 were pressed.
 
 
I have not heard for certain that mulitple pressings of this release exist, but I have seen at least one variation. As seen below, the blue color of the sleeve is bit lighter. Also, the zine page layout is slightly different.
